Works really well. I love the ability to save and name calculations.

I delete the app and it wont go away. Try to open it thinking if it updated a fix would occur, but nothing. No offense but get off my phone.

Never have written a review but this has been a total pain and I dont seem to have any options. Its totally useless.

Have restarted phone and uninstalled/reinstalled. App crashes right on startup so cant access at all.

Downloaded this app because Quicken is a no BS company... Until now. Wont let me just check a house payment estimate but wants me to call them and apply before it will give me a quote. I see that Quicken has crossed over to the Dark Greedy Side like all the others. Shame on you for being sneaky. Boo!

I was thinking about using quicken loans already called and got info after see the poor quality app that doesnt work not planning on using them!!

No matter what I entered it said I had a "special case" and should call them. Cool... Deleted.

The old version could calculate pay off savings and you could alter when the extra payments would begin. The new version removed this function, it only calculates savings based on extra payments made through out the loan.

Perfect app for calculating PITI monthly payments on single family homes or condominiums with HOA dues. Even automatically adds or subtracts PMI separately. Highly recommend!

It wasnt broke, why change it??? Wish I could go back and not update.

The app is great for basic calculation. I wish they can add functionality to check rates based on individual credit scores.

This calculator is great for me. I used it to calculate what my payments would be if I refinanced, including taxes and without taxes. It helped me make a decision whether to refinance or not refinance. Since I already own my home, I did not use any other functions. However, It does have a function that will allow you to figure your payment if you are a first time buyer. Trust me, it Is well worth downloading.

It is a great app, I like it very much it comes in handy when I need it and I dont know how I can get better because its pretty good

This app helped me explain to my son that the his monthly payment would be about twice what he was told. Basically, because of taxes and insurance. Easy you understood design. Thank you!
